Ammalina Affandi, who's mononymously known as L'Zzay (born 1st January 1986), is a courageous Malaysian singer, songwriter, writer, video editor and translator that is no longer introduced as a newcomer in local music industry as she already released a few of her own songs and performing everywhere locally. But to L'Zzay, there's a long way to go. She began her entertainment career at the age of 18 when she began to be a back up dancers for local artist and be part of a commercial dance competition, 'So You Think You Can Dance' season 2. Starting to explore her talent in singing, she was invited to join an indie pop band called 'Apple Juice' with experience performing for various prestigious gigs at exclusive location such as Istana Budaya and Zouk KL. Moving ahead, L'Zzay then formed a trio girls group, 'Senoritas' that managed to get a management deal under R Managament / R Records, which is formed by Malaysian RNB sensation, Reshmonu.
Starting her solo steps as independent singer songwriter on 2012, this Pop RNB songstress had grab attention but eventually, still felt lost along the way without a management and a label but manage to man up and go through the music industry with her own record label, LA Records where she herself release a few singles on her own starting with 'Jejaka Idaman 2.0' that had been through a controversial period when the original singer decide to make a comeback at the same time. She's known as Lynnzay back then. And fortunately, JoePRCInternational come along and guiding her, manage to get a distribution deal with Sony Music Malaysia.
With her hit own composed Raya single, 'Joget Selfie Raya' that finally putting her up in the map, L'Zzay now is looking forward for more in the future and wish to release a lot more of experimental single. And lets not forget that her energetic and heart-pumping live performances will definitely make you remember her.
Gracing the stage in front of 100-50,000 audience with many top notch artist such as Reshmonu, Rossa, Jaclyn Victor, Dewi Persik, Amy Mastura and many more, L'Zzay is inspired by Britney Spears and Tinashe and on her way to be one of independent Pop RNB songstress that will deliver a memorable ear pleasure and mesmerizing dance skill or unforgettable stage presence.
